USAG
USA Gymnastics
USAG athletes must register through the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation System.
Includes Development Levels and Xcel Bronze through Diamond.
AAU
AAU Gymnastics
AAU athletes may register through MeetMaker.
All AAU levels are welcome at the KPAC Cup.
NGA
NGA Gymnastics

Membership, Background Check
& Safety Requirements
Athlete Membership
All participating athletes must have current membership with their respective organization (USAG, AAU, or NGA) at the time of competition.
Coach Credentials
All coaches must have current membership and must meet all background check, SafeSport, safety certification, and professional membership requirements for the organization under which their athletes are registered.
Coach Responsibility
Coaches are responsible for ensuring that all athlete memberships, coach memberships, background checks, SafeSport requirements, and safety certifications are current before the competition. Coaches without required current credentials may not be permitted on the competition floor.

Before You Submit
Important Registration Notes
Registration opens August 15, 2026 and closes February 1, 2027. Late entries will not be accepted.
Registration is not complete until athletes are properly entered and payment requirements are met.
Team entries should be reviewed carefully before submission.
Session schedules will be created after registration closes.
Scratch and refund policies will be posted with the final meet information.
